Our Warranty Promise

We guarantee that the product you purchase will remain functional for the full term of your subscription. This warranty covers issues originating from our end, such as account access problems or subscription interruptions that are not caused by user-initiated changes (e.g., changing account credentials on shared plans where it is not permitted).

Refund Process

  2. Troubleshooting: Our support team will work with you to diagnose and resolve the issue. We pride ourselves on our rapid response and effective troubleshooting.
  3. Resolution or Refund: In the rare event that the issue cannot be resolved by our team, we will provide you with a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused portion of your subscription.

Example of a Pro-Rata Refund

If you purchase a 6-month subscription and the product becomes unusable after 4 months, and we are unable to fix it, you will be refunded for the remaining 2 months.

Policy Exclusions
